Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a contract with JPA III Management Co., Inc., d/b/a the Radisson Hotel Manchester, Manchester, NH, for the purpose of providing conference facilities and food service, and to conduct the 9th Annual Emergency Preparedness Training Conference on June 27, 2013, for an amount of $24,258.40. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $1,876.20 to cover expenses associated with more people attending in the conference than originally anticipated bringing the total of $26,134.60. Effective upon G&C approval through June 27, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
