Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a 3.5 +/- acre parcel of State owned land located on the easterly side of US Route 3 in the Town of Bedford to Annya LLC, for $315,000 plus a $1,100 Administrative Fee. (2)Further authorize to compensate KW Commercial from the proceeds of the subject sale in the amount of $18,900 for real estate services. Effective upon G&C approval.
