Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Strategic Solutions Group, LLC d/b/a Strategic Solutions Group Consulting New Hampshire, Needham, MA (originally approved by G&C on 3/8/23, Item #7), to add funding for the continued implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the State’s electronic infectious disease surveillance system by increasing the price limitation by $300,000 from $3,561,223 to $3,861,223 with no change to the contract completion date of February 29, 2028. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
