Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for roadway rehabilitation of approximately 7 miles on NH 25 and NH 118 in Rumney and the traffic circle in Plymouth, on the basis of a low bid of $4,228,582.75. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $211,429.14 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 27, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
