Authorize to amend existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated February 24, 2025 (originally approved by G&C on 6/29/22, Item #45), to continue the provision of nutrition services to qualifying New Hampshire residents, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the total price limitation by $26,686,503.76 from $38,207,472.64 to $64,893,976.40 and extending the completion dates from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027.
