Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Alvin J. Coleman & Son, Inc., Conway, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $35,960,470.31 for 4R pavement rehabilitation along I-93 northbound and southbound in Franconia, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $1,798,023.52, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 4, 2028, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
