Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Weaver Brothers Construction Company, Inc., Bow, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $29,750,509.55 for bridge replacement and roadway reconstruction on the F.E. Everett Turnpike (Project Nashua-Merrimack-Bedford). (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $1,487,525.48, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 29, 2028, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Turnpike Capital Funds
