Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a sole source contract with BK Systems Inc., Goffstown, NH, to provide semi-annual fire alarm system inspection services, and 24-hour emergency services for the Hillsborough County Superior Court North Facility, Manchester, NH, for an amount not to exceed $4,291.20. Effective upon G&C approval through January 15, 2014. 100% Transfer Funds – transfer from AOC.
