Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Pellowe Construction LLC, Alton, NH, for the Howard Recreation Building Roof Replacement and Masonry Repair, Concord, NH, for a price not to exceed $391,300. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $15,000 for unanticipated expenses for deteriorated materials uncovered during construction, bringing the total to $406,300. (3)Further authorize the amount of $12,600 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, for Capital Clerk oversight services provided, bringing the total to $418,900. Effective upon G&C approval through June 21, 2013. 100% Capital – General Funds.
