Description
Authorize the Bureau of Population Health and Community Services, Maternal and Child Health Section to exercise a contract renew and amend option with the University of Massachusetts, Jamaica Plain, MA (originally approved by G&C on 6-8-11, item #90), to provide laboratory services for newborn screening for the state of NH, by increasing the price by $1,514,581 from $1,437,420 to $2,952,001, and by extending the completion date to June 30, 2015. 100% Other: Newborn Screening Program.
