Authorize Special Medical Services to pay medical and health related care claims to direct care services agencies on behalf of children with special health care needs in an amount not to exceed $397,920. Effective July 1, 2013 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2015. 30% Federal, 70% General Funds.
