Authorize the Office of Workforce Opportunity to amend a sole source memorandum of agreement with the Community College System of NH, Concord, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 5-25-11, item #42), for the implementation and delivery of a Job Readiness Certificate program for unemployed NH citizens; by extending the end date from May 25, 2013 through June 30, 2013. No Additional Funding. 100% Other Funds – Job Training Program.
