Authorize to accept and expend $100,000 in pass-through ARRA Federal Funds from the NH Office of Energy and Planning to provide funding for support of efforts to increase resiliency in state government relative to severe weather events and changing environmental conditions that are adversely impacting the state. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2013. 100% Pass Through Federal Funds (ARRA funds at origin).
