Description
Authorize to amend a sole source holdover agreement with McCarthy Properties, Wareham, MA, (originally approved by G&C on 11-29-06, item #88), providing office space comprised of 2,685 square feet, Concord, NH, by extending the end date from June 30, 2013 for up to seven months, for an amount not to exceed $16,455.66. (2)Further authorize to amend the total contract price to increase by $16,455.66 from $183,587.18 to $200,042.84. Effective July 1, 2013 through January 31, 2014. 100% General Funds.
