Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Monadnock Developmental Services, Keene, NH, to develop and provide training and technical assistance to local education agencies in their region under the State Personnel Development Grant, in an amount not to exceed $100,500. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
