Description

Authorize the Division of State Police to accept and expend an additional $32,575 of federal funds from the US Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, National Institute of Justice for the purpose of reimbursing the cost for equipment and Justice Tax Licensing needed by the Forensic Lab. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
