Authorize the Division of Fire Standards and Training and Emergency Medical Services, to retroactively amend the sole source contract with the Intl Assn of Fire Fighters, Washington, DC (originally approved by G&C on 10-3-12, item #63), for additional training, by increasing the amount by $45,000 from $105,000 to $150,000, and by extending the end date from December 31, 2012 to May 31, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
