Authorize the Division of Fire Safety to enter into a grant agreement with the NH Association of Fire Chiefs, in the amount of $12,000 for activities associated with the development and implementation of emergency plans under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-know Act. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
