Authorize the Bureau of Planning and Community Assistance to enter into an agreement with the City of Nashua, to provide funding and services under the Federal Aid Surface Transportation Program through a local project administration process, for an amount totaling $2,804,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
