Authorize the Bureau of Planning and Community Assistance to enter into an agreement with the City of Keene, to provide funding and services under the Municipal Urban Projects – Compact Areas Program through a local project administration process, for an amount totaling $4,312,800. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
