Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with F.L. Merrill Construction Inc., Pembroke, NH, for replacement of median box beam guardrail located along the F.E. Everett Turnpike in Bedford, on the basis of a low bid of $924,897.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $27,746.93 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 9, 2013. 100% Turnpike Funds.
