Description
Authorize to retroactively amend an existing contract with the Town of Milton, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/25/24, Item #93), to extend the completion date from January 31, 2025 to June 30, 2025, with no change to the price limitation of $93,900, in order to complete their project as part of the Municipal Boat Launch Investment Program, which provided awards to local governments seeking to repair or replace municipally-owned boat launches located in New Hampshire. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
