Description
Authorize DAS and the Trustees of the Community College System of NH jointly request to execute on behalf of the State of NH, the confirmatory deed memorializing for title purposes the transfer of the former Stratham Campus of the Community College System of NH from the State of NH to the Trustees of the Community College System of NH, together with any other instruments, affidavits, certificates, or documents as may be required to clear title in anticipation of a sale of the property.
