Authorize to retroactively amend an existing contract with the Town of Sunapee, NH (originally approved by G&C on 2/21/24, Item #68), to extend the completion date from August 31, 2024 to August 31, 2025, with no change to the price limitation of $29,250, as part of the Municipal Boat Launch Investment Program, which provided awards to local governments seeking to repair or replace municipally-owned boat launches located in New Hampshire.
