Authorize the Bureau of Population Health and Community Services, Maternal and Child Health Section to accept and expend federal funds in the amount of $560,419 from the Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Center for Mental Health Services to fund the Cooperative Agreement for Linking Actions for Unmet Needs in Children’s Health (aka Project Launch). Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013. Fiscal Committee approved.
