Authorize the Bureau of Infectious Disease Control, Infectious Disease Prevention, Investigation and Care Services Section, to enter into an agreement with Southern NH HIV/AIDS Task Force, Nashua, NH, to provide medical case management and support services to individuals with Human Immunodeficiency Virus served by the NH Ryan White Comprehensive Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome Resources Emergency Act Program statewide, in an amount not to exceed $666,666. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014. 100% Other – Pharmaceutical Rebates.
