Description
Authorize to amend an agreement with Compass Group USA Inc., (originally approved by G&C on 6-20-12, item #206), on by and through its Chartwells Division, Rye Brook, NY, for the provision of meals through the NHTI – Concord’s Community College Capital Commons dining hall to recruit and in-service officers attending programs at the Arthur D. Kehas Law Enforcement Training Facility and Campus, by increasing the price in the amount of $28,236 from $175,035 to $203,271. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013. 100% Penalty Assessment Funds.
