Description
Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Windham School District to expand the current emergency generator infrastructure located at each of the Windham schools, which all serve as emergency shelters, for a total amount of $43,800. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
