Description
Authorize to amend a cooperative agreement with the Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation (originally approved by G&C on 3-7-12, item #41), for the purposes of implementing a direct mail marketing program targeting lapsed anglers to increase fishing license sales. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2014. No Additional Funding.
