Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Colebrook to purchase emergency equipment to support a secondary dispatch center and furnishings for the primary emergency dispatch center for a total amount of $8,200. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
