Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to enter into an Interstate Bridge Agreement with the State of VT to allow the Department to bill VT for costs associated with rehabilitation of the bridge (NH Br. No. 053/112) carrying East Thetford Road over the Connecticut River between Lyme, NH and Thetford, VT. Effective upon G&C approval, and continuing through engineering design, construction, inspection, and final acceptance of the completed project, in accordance with the 10-Year Transportation Improvement Plan. Project costs will be shared 90% by NH and 10% by VT).
