Authorize the Bureau of Materials and Research to amend the agreement with Pathway Services Inc., Tulsa, OK (originally approved by G&C on 6-3-09, item #229), to extend the vehicle warranty, software licensing, software escrow, Omnistar satellite subscription, and to provide Quality Control data services, by increasing the amount by $188,500 from $1,262,400 to $1,450,900, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2013 to September 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
