Authorize the Bureau of Traffic to enter into an agreement with the firm of Gannett Fleming Inc., Camp Hill, PA, for on-call engineering and support services for Intelligent Transportation Systems initiatives statewide, for an amount not to exceed $750,000. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2016.
