Authorize to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the NH Department of Environmental Services, Concord, NH, to support work under a federal grant to evaluate options for use of an Energy Efficiency Resource Standard or other mechanisms to increase the deployment of energy efficiency in NH, in the amount of $85,000. (2)Further authorize the Department of Environmental Services to accept and expend $57,000 in pass thru federal funds from the Office of Energy and Planning for purposes of funding the work conducted under the memorandum of agreement above. Effective upon G&C approval through September 29, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
