Authorize with the Department of Safety, to exercise the first of two options to extend for one year the State’s contract with Enhanced Communications of Northern New England Inc., d/b/a Fairpoint Internet, Portland, ME (originally approved by G&C on 3-10-10, item #34), for the provision of internet connectivity services, with a corresponding increase in contract price limitation by $76,279.20 from $228,837.60 to $305,116.80. Effective upon G&C approval through February 28, 2014.
