Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a retroactive Lease Agreement with New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Inc., Plymouth, NH for equipment and antenna space in designated areas at Mount Sunapee in Mount Sunapee State Park. Effective upon G&C approval from December 5, 2023 through December 4, 2028.
