Authorize to accept and expend Federal Funds in the amount of $4,500,000 from the centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for the purposes of making changes to the New HEIGHTS eligibility system to accommodate federally required elements of the Affordable Care Act. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013. Fiscal Committee approved.
