Authorize to grant funds through a Cooperative Project Agreement, on a sole source basis, to the Institute on Disability, University of NH, Office of Sponsored Research, to provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities and their families to develop leadership skills, in an amount not to exceed $30,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
