Authorize to enter into a cooperative agreement with the University of NH, Institute on Disability, to provide professional development to all NH school districts (k-12) for special education students who benefit from supports to express thoughts, needs, wants and ideas (at no cost to the district) via the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication, in an amount not to exceed $100,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
