Authorize the Division of Fire Standards and Training and Emergency Medical Services to budget and expend $156,000 of the prior year carry forward balance in the Fire Standards and EMS Fund account to fund Retiree Health Insurance benefits. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013. 100% Revolving Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
