Authorize the Office of the Commissioner to transfer $2,904,097 within federal grants entitled “FY 2008 Homeland Security Grant Program”, “FY 2009 Homeland Security Grant Program”, and “FY 2010 Homeland Security Grant Program”, from the US Department of Homeland Security/FEMA, Preparedness Directorate, to re-align appropriated funds for the purpose of executing the mission of the Homeland Security Grant funding at the local and state level. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
