Authorize the Division of State Police to retroactively pay an invoice in the amount of $4,620 to the American Society of Crime Lab Directors Laboratory Accreditation Board, Garner, NC, for the annual fee to continue the Forensic Laboratory’s accreditation certificate program for the period of January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. 100% Agency Income.
