Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into an agreement with Parsons Brinckerhoff Inc., New York, NY, and Manchester, NH, to complete the final design of the roadway and bridges comprising the northern section of the Salem-Manchester I-93 improvement project beginning in the Town of Windham and ending in the City of Manchester, for a total fee not to exceed $9,358,904.06. Effective upon G&C approval through February 28, 2018. 100% Other Funds.
