Authorize to amend an agreement with the City of Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1-11-12, item #43), for the Nutt Pond Watershed Management Plan Implementation Phase 2: West Inlet & Jewett Street School Best Management Practices project, by altering the Scope of Services and Payment Schedule to allow a change in the best management practices to be implemented. No Additional Funding.
