Description
Authorize to retroactively amend an agreement with the Town of New Ipswich, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-9-10, item #67), for the Implementation of the Furnace Brook Watershed Restoration Plan: Phase 1 project, by increasing the limitation by $7,000 from $71,500 to $78,500, and by increasing the match requirement by $4,669 from $47,690 to $52,359, and by extending the completion date to December 31, 2013 from December 31, 2012. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
