Authorize to enter into sub grants with the entities as detailed in letter dated December 31, 2012, in the amount of $96,157.38 from the FFY 2011 John R. Justice Grant Program, which provides funding to assist prosecutors and public defenders. These sub grants will provide for the payment of student loan debt incurred by prosecutors and public defenders to eligible loan institutions. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
