Description
Authorize the Bureau of Public Health Statistics and Informatics, Environmental Public Health Tracking Program to renew and amend a contract with JSI Research and Training Institute Inc d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4-18-12, item #67), to perform new outreach activities including web marketing, in-person trainings, social media messaging, and written issue briefs that will increase the number of users of an environmental health web portal, by increasing the price by $56,280 from $99,916 to $156,196, and by extending the completion date to June 30, 2013, effective retroactive to January 1, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
