Description
Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Cannon Mountain Ski Area to enter into a retroactive Memorandum of Agreement with Adaptive Sports Partners of the North Country, Franconia, NH, to provide year-round adaptive sport and recreation opportunities at Franconia Notch State Park and Cannon Mountain Ski Area. Effective December 1, 2012 through November 30, 2017.
