Description
Authorize to retroactively amend a sole source agreement with Inter-Fluve Inc., (originally approved by G&C on 6-22-11, item #96), to complete the Geomorphology-Based Restoration Design and Permitting for the Suncook River and Floodplain project, to include additional Tasks, by increasing the amount by $72,851 from $336,000 to $408,851, and by extending the completion date to September 30, 2013 from December 31, 2012. 100% Other (Interagency Pass-Thru Federal) Funds.
