Authorize to retroactively amend a contract with Underwood Engineers Inc., Portsmouth, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 1-19-11, item #54), to provide construction services related to water main extension in Raymond, NH, by extending the completion date to September 30, 2013 from December 31, 2012, and by modifying the scope of services to include the preparation of a Remedial Action Completion Report. No Additional Funding. 90% Federal, 10% Capital (General) Funds.
